We’re driven by an obsession with growth in everything we do, in every way we do it. When creativity, media, strategy, social and content converge to help our clients sell more things to more people – faster – we Make It Matter.

So we’re hard on the work. We strive to get to know our clients’ businesses as well as they do. Invest in resources and processes that allow us to move faster without sacrificing a thing. Turn big ideas into big business solutions. Hold ourselves to making meaningful change in our approach to diversity, equity and inclusion. Free our minds to what a solution may look like — whether tried-and-true or utterly unconventional.

Do all of the above and our clients, our people and our community will grow. What could matter more?

Dave Fitzgerald

Dave Fitzgerald

CEO

Dave Fitzgerald, a proud grandson of Irish immigrants, is the father of six and grandfather of three. He started Fitzgerald & CO (now Fitzco) in 1983, sold it to the Interpublic Group of Companies (IPG) in 1998, and bought the agency back from IPG in 2020.

Dave was named Most Admired CEO by the Atlanta Business Chronicle in 2017. Irish America magazine has included Dave on it's "Business 100" list of the top 100 Irish American executives in the US every year since 2005.

He is Chair-elect of Cristo Rey Atlanta Jesuit High School, a member of the Board of Directors of Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital, the National Advertising Review Board and The Atlanta Speech School and is immediate Past Chair of the Saint Joseph's Health System. He is former Chair of the Saint Joseph's Hospital Foundation, Ignatius House Jesuit retreat Center and the Buckhead Coalition. He also served on the boards of The University of Dayton, the 4A's, Marist School and Christ the King School and the National Black Arts Festival.

Juliana Hardesty

Juliana Hardesty

Sr Copywriter

Juliana isn’t sure where she’s from. Born in England to a Uruguayan mother and an American father, she grew up across 8 countries. Juliana is, however, reasonably sure that she is a copywriter at Fitzco. She is extremely sure that a sense of humanity is what makes our work matter.

Throughout her career, she has crafted work for Fanta, MedExpress, Southern Company, Checkers & Rally’s, Navy Federal Credit Union, and Mellow Mushroom. She’s also contributed to Fitzco new business wins, including Pillsbury and Hilton Hotels & Resorts.

Whenever she’s not ritually sacrificing her carpal tunnel to the copy gods, Juliana can be found painting her face and performing as a drag king. Still sacrificing that tunnel, just doing it while rhinestoning costumes by hand.

Ryan Boblett

Ryan Boblett

Head of Creative

Ryan is a self-proclaimed “southernmidwesterner” (raised in Georgia, made in Chicago) and lover of all things creative. He believes every pixel & every word matters.

Throughout his career he has produced award winning work for Nintendo, Sony, Budweiser, Samsung, Coca-Cola, McDonalds, Miller and Checkers & Rally’s. He gives a damn. Every. Single. Day. Helping clients grow their brands and in turn growing Fitzco. He’s passionate about creating a culture of creativity so every Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, CLIOs, ADDYs, OBIEs or EFFIE won is felt by all. He’s pretty proud of being a dad too but can’t take all the credit. His wife gets a big slash.

When he’s not busy creating ads you’ll find him busy designing his AirBnB side-hustle FieldTripAtl.com with his wife. A unique tiny house experience they run promoting the best Atlanta has to offer.

Sarah Monte

Sarah Monte

Receptionist

Sarah is an original “Bay Stater” born and raised just south of good’ol BeanTown (aka Boston). She has dug her roots in Atlanta and is set on being a Georgia Peach. She believes that every interaction and the drive for curiosity and learning matters.

Before moving to Atlanta, she was preschool teacher juggling 30 children at a time, while creating comprehensive and effective lesson plans from scratch. During her time at Fitzco she has worked on Checker’s and Rally’s, thrown her head into countless hours of research, and given a smile and warm welcome to every person who enters Fitzco.

Food, beer, and the great outdoors are Sarah’s true passions. When she is not busy caring for the world’s neediest cat, you can find her brewery hopping her way to her next great adventure.

Evan Levy

Evan Levy

President

Evan discovered advertising at age 6, when he first realized the Incredible Hulk TV show would always cut to commercial when Bruce Banner’s eyes turned green, but before he completely freaked out. He’s watched the commercials ever since.

Evan started at Fitzco in 1996 as an Assistant Account Executive. He’s since served as Account Manager, Account Director, New Business Coordinator, Copywriter, Creative Director, Chief Digital Officer, Managing Director and now, President. (Perhaps this one will stick.) Evan proudly represents Fitzco on the boards of both 4As Atlanta Council and Advertising for Change, a coalition of agencies committed to cementing Atlanta as the leading city for diverse advertising and marketing professionals.

The only two titles that matter are husband and dad-of-three (two human, one canine). He fancies himself an undiscovered Food Network star and is determined to someday open a true Katz’s-style NY deli which is, in his estimation, the only substantive thing his native Atlanta is lacking.

Salina Kamara

Salina Kamara

Digital Platforms Associate

Born and raised in San Francisco, CA, Salina Kamara is a budding media maven. After obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Howard University, Salina swiftly switched gears when entering the work force. From a fashion PR girl to digital media diva, Salina welcomed the challenge of gaining new skills within the realm of communications. New to both Atlanta and advertising, Salina jumped right into her first role as a digital assistant.

Since then, Salina has immersed herself in the advertising world, learning the ins and out of how to thinking critically and strategically to provide sound media solutions for her clients – all while making it matter. Salina was delighted to join Fitzco's robust media department as an associate, so eager to learn from all of the talent within the walls of 944 Brady Ave. Throughout her time on the digital platforms teams, Salina became channel agnostic, working across social, search and programmatic for her clients.

When Salina isn't trafficking social campaigns or adjusting budget projections with her team, you can find her creating original content for her beauty, fashion and lifestyle YouTube channel, browsing Pinterest for home decor ideas or planning her next international excursion!

Oscar Villavicenzio

Oscar Villavicenzio

Digital Platforms Associate

A true West-Coaster, Oscar was born and raised in San Diego, and spent most of his young adult years in Oregon. He earned his B.A. in Advertising & Public Relations at the City College of New York in Manhattan. Shortly after moving to Atlanta, he joined the Fitzco team as an Associate of Digital Platforms. He contributes to the development of successful campaigns by creating and implementing data driven strategies that reach target audiences efficiently and effectively. He believes that Make it Matter is a state of mind that propels the agency to thoughtfully examine its goals and mission. This helps the team reflect where we have been and provides clarity about where we ought to be going.

When he’s not busy working on campaigns, Oscar can be found jogging on the Atlanta Beltline, editing photo/video projects, working on art, or hanging out on the sofa with his 2 cats watching Netflix.

Brian Wallace

Brian Wallace

Content Editor

Brian has lived his entire life within a few miles of where he was born and raised in rural Cherokee County and is currently Vice-President, Manager of Digital Creative Services. He believes that creativity plays a role in solving any problem in life, not just in Advertising.

During his career, he has won awards on his work for Coca-Cola, Bank South and Vanderbilt University and has worked on a multitude of clients during his 38 years in the business, including Chick-Fil-A, Georgia-Pacific, Checkers & Rally’s, Navy Federal, Delta Airlines, Synovus Bank, Southern Company and Pillsbury. Brian tries to make every project for every client matter.

A father of two grown men, both in advertising, and a grandfather of three, his interests include photography, videography, golf, mandolin, guitar, music, his church and travelling the world with his beautiful wife. Much less significant than being a husband, dad and “Pops”, his greatest achievements were performing with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and winning a National Championship on a men’s softball team. But not at the same time. That would be really weird.

Gideon Cohen

Gideon Cohen

Sr Producer

Gideon is a Sr. Producer and has been at Fitzco since 2012, working across all our brands. He is a native of Boulder, Colorado, and graduated with a BFA in Film Production from the University of Colorado. He believes great productions come from great ideas and talented collaborators, not big budgets and fancy gear.

Over the course of his career, Gideon has produced original content for Turner, Miramax, and HBO Sports, and impactful broadcast and digital campaigns for AT&T, the Georgia Lottery, USAA, Bridgestone/Firestone, Mellow Mushroom, Navy Federal Credit Union, Checkers & Rally’s, and Synovus. While at Fitzco, he streamlined our digital studio workflow and is always looking for ways to work more efficiently and let the creative shine.

Gideon is a diehard baseball fan (Go Braves!), loves musical theater, and never misses an opportunity to go to a Phish concert.

Keri Palmer

Keri Palmer

Head of Finance

Keri is a native Atlantan who loves living in this “city in a forest” – spending the workday ITP at Fitzco’s Westside office and returning to her pastoral OTP home with her husband and dogs.

Keri happened into advertising some 30+ years ago – she joined a friend working in the accounting department at McCann Atlanta, and immediately fell in love with the pace and vibrancy of the ad world. It was a happy accident that has led to a successful career in the industry with stints at McCann, BBDO, and Austin Kelley, before she joined Fitzco with the merger with Austin Kelley in 2005. She’s been a vital element of Fitzco’s success over her tenure, navigating an ever-changing industry with a level head and contagiously positive demeanor.

Keri is a long-time runner having completed 21 marathons and numerous shorter races over the years. She and her husband of 26 years, Mark, are parents to two rescue beagles, her family and her passion.

Jeff Quick

Jeff Quick

Head of Growth

To Jeff, “home is where the job sends you.” Born and raised an Army brat, Jeff has taken that same mentality to his career. Though a native Georgian, Jeff spent the first ten years of his career in New York, with one year in Beijing in between.

Jeff’s commitment to completely immersing himself in his clients’ business and category has made him an integrated and passionate extension of their marketing teams. A triple threat with deep experience and relationships across strategy, creative and media, Jeff’s focus and passion has always been in solving client business problems through the tight integration of media and creative thinking.

His 19 years of experience between McCann NY and Fitzco spans a wide range of categories, and nationally and globally-known brands. Since joining Fitzco, Jeff has led integrated teams across Sony Mobile, Synovus Bank and Checkers & Rally’s. His leadership on Synovus helped unify and grow 28 local bank brands into the regional powerhouse Synovus is today, and Jeff’s efforts on Checkers & Rally’s led to the best two year traffic and sales increases in the brands history. While at McCann, Jeff’s experience included L'Oréal, Intel, IHG, Kraft, Nestlé Waters, and Unilever. He also spent two years on a New Business team that won Intel and the U.S. Army.

He also beat-boxes, which we promised not to include in his bio. Oops.

Danny Pinedo

Danny Pinedo

Programmatic Specialist

Indiana-born, San Antonio-raised, Jayhawk-educated, and Fitzco’s 2019 Davie of the Year™ recipient. Danny actively shares important bits from every touchpoint and learning to make our work matter internally and externally.

He started on the Paid Search team, expanded as a Programmatic trader for our in-house trade desk and is a comfortable passenger of our Paid Social program in our Digital Platforms team. In his short time at Fitzco, he’s competitively shown up for Fitzco as a 4A’s IAAS program graduate and driven results with the team across verticals for ~20 clients including Shoe Carnival, Miracle-Ear, Tourism Vancouver, Johnsonville, MedExpress, Prevacid, Quikrete and Ashley Homestore.

Danny also recognizes diversity and inclusion are important to making people and their communities matter: He’s an active member of our diversity and inclusion team, leads us to share love with our fellow LGBTQ community in the annual ATL Pride Parade, and was an active member of the McCann Global Diversity Coalition before Fitzco became independent.

Outside of the office, you’ll find him bingeing an unhealthy amount of international and indie films/shows with his cat, dancing to latin bops while making vegetarian versions of his favorite Mexican dishes from his childhood, or riding his bike on the ATL beltline/inter-city.

Stephanie Hanley

Stephanie Hanley

Head of Account Management

Stephanie is from 84, Pennsylvania (yep, the number 84) and was drawn to New York for college and the start of her career, where she met the love of her life, a Southerner who convinced her to try out the Empire State of the South.

She cares deeply about the creative we make, the consumers we serve, and the clients with whom we partner. Throughout her career she has built relationships and driven business results for The Home Depot, New Balance, Guinness, Red Stripe, Duncan Hines, Vlasic, BOTOX Cosmetic and L’Oreal/Garnier, McCormick, and Coca-Cola. She sat onsite with clients at a Fortune 25 company and, through deep partnership, won their business and trust every single day.

But her biggest achievement is raising two happy and very funny kiddos. And running a marathon. Probably not in that order (the second one was MUCH harder).

Brandi Watkins

Brandi Watkins

Digital Platforms Director

Brandi Watkins is a digital native with a love for number crunching. Her original career aspirations of working for NASA (specifically, as an astronaut) didn’t necessarily pan out. But fortunately, her interest in advertising did. Brandi is a passionate media veteran who has spent career on the agency side of the business leading digital strategy and performance marketing campaigns for brands such as Verizon, AT&T, NBA, Lenovo and Shoe Carnival. She believes making it matter means caring about the work and the people doing it.

Brandi was born in Birmingham, AL, but considers herself an ATLien as she has lived in Atlanta since childhood. She loves all things ATL (especially the music). She has a passion for travel and has a life goal of visiting every continent (including Antarctica!).

Claire Russell

Claire Russell

Head of Media

Claire had a life-long ambition of becoming a meteorologist – a career path with arguably the highest allowable margin of error. Interested in patterns, logistics, and outcomes, she ultimately landed in Advertising and Consumer Economics. She’s a big believer that making it matter means not losing the human side of the science. You’ve got to care your ass off in this business, even with algorithms at your side.

She hit the ground running managing and growing Paid Search programs for Verizon Wireless, Verizon Enterprise, and Johnson & Johnson. She went on to build the Paid Search discipline from the ground up at Fitzco and now leads our media team across clients inclusive of planning, platforms, ops, and analytics.

On the weekend, you can find her supporting her husband’s side hustle flipping sneakers, exploring Atlanta’s food scene (#1 fan of anything Ford Fry), or trying to make the perfect spicy margarita.

diversity

Advertising has the power to influence, shape and move culture. That is a huge responsibility that we don’t take lightly. The strategies, plans and work we produce should reflect the society we live in and push progress in a positive direction. And so must we. To us, diversity, equity, and inclusion isn’t about meeting a quota, or checking off a box and then moving on to the next thing. It’s an ongoing process full of bumps, bruises and valuable lessons. Lessons that will be applied to every project we put out into the world moving forward.
