We’re an independent and integrated team that thrives in the trenches together. When you see how our media, strategy and creative work effortlessly and quickly together, you’ll understand that we’re united in a simple principle. The collaboration, the work, the results, our people, our culture — it all matters to us.
Our agency’s mission is pretty simple: to care deeply, learn continuously and push creatively to deliver business solutions that have a real-world impact. And whether we’re together in our converted-slaughterhouse West Midtown offices or Zoomin’ it from wherever we may be, let’s not forget to have a little fun getting the job done.

life at fitzco
give a fitz
At Fitzco we make our time matter. Every quarter we dedicate full days in service to our community, instead of being in service at our desks. Because our community has given so much to us, it’s our turn to give back. With our Give a Fitz program we give our time, our hands and our hearts to those that need them. From soup kitchens and foodbanks to donating pajamas and reading bedtime stories to kids, and even planting a few trees, we care- we give a Fitz.
diversity & fitzco
Life at Fitzco, and life in general, is made infinitely stronger and more satisfying when we are surrounded by diverse people, experiences and cultures. Fitzco’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion runs deep. And in website terms, that means it warrants a dedicated section: click here to learn what we’re committed to, and what we’re doing, do make diversity matter.
pride @ fitzco
Being proud matters. At Fitzco we support Georgia Equality and the LGBTQA communities. We’re allies in the workplace, and outside our 944 Brady walls. Inclusion means celebrating everyone. Whether it’s marching in the Atlanta Pride Parade or selling loud buttons and pins to raise money for local equality efforts, we aim to celebrate together with pride.
#mymlkstreet
Martin Luther King Jr. Day is a federal holiday. And instead of spending it as typical day off, we like to dedicate it as a day in service of civil rights. This year we partnered with Beloved Streets of America and created a social campaign to raise money and awareness for the revitalization and conservation of streets bearing the name of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
atlanta community food bank
We believe that coffee can fuel more than our Monday morning brains. That’s why we stock a full coffee bar and sell a cup of joe or an iced peppermint mocha for just $1.00. Every dollar earned is donated to the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
And those dollars add up because in the past two years we’ve been able to donate over $8,000 to help feed hunger in our own community

drink and draw
At Fitzco we don’t like to keep our talent inside our own walls. That’s why we get together over a few local brews at Monday Night and draw. Anyone’s welcome. Spouses, other agencies, local students from portfolio schools and colleges or universities. Atlanta is overflowing with talent and we’re here to embrace it with our ad community.
making an office a home

Not many agencies can legit say the sausage is made where the sausage was actually made. We can. Our office at 944 Brady Avenue was once a slaughterhouse in the stockyard district during the turn of the century. Today, it’s our home. Booming with the most in-demand hubs for arts, music, food, tech and creative thinkers near and far. As a proud, native Atlanta agency, our home and roots matter deeply to us. We can’t wait to give you a tour of the neighborhood.
our history
Like any super squad worth their salt, we’ve got a juicy origin story. Since 1983, we’ve pushed beyond the brief while staying true to our Atlanta grits. It all started with a fateful phone call, a cocktail napkin, and a Dave. So grab your beverage of choice and settle in for a good read about our triumphs, trials, and the man who put the Fitz in Fitzco.

chooseatl
Locals already know ATL is where it’s at. Culture is king here. We’ve got all the advantages that matter most. Atlanta is the entertainment and business capital of the South. It’s the place to work, live, play, and sip sweet tea to your heart’s desire. If you haven’t been, bless your biscuits. We’d love to show you around.
