Position Summary

As a Junior Art Director, your job is to make yourself an indispensable member of the agency from a conceptual and visual communications standpoint. You’re a team player who understands that it’s all the small things that make or break an idea, so you make every detail and every pixel matter. You’re eager and willing to learn from more senior creatives how to improve your thinking, art direction, and presentation skills. In short, you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work making great advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Work with a Junior Copywriter partner to develop and produce concepts across a number of brands and clients.
  • Quickly create compelling visuals, from initial comps to final, ready-to-go assets.
  • Collaborate regularly with strategy, account and media on a number of different projects.
  • Actively seek out inspiration, cultural trends, and industry news to keep your concepts fresh and relevant.

Requirements

  • Portfolio of provocative and thoughtful work (can be spec) that demonstrates your conceptual abilities and art direction skills.
  • Knowledge and application of color theory, typography, and design principles.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Experience in other software like Premiere and After Effects is a plus.

Position Summary

As a Designer, your job is to create unique visual solutions on behalf of our clients and the agency itself. You should not only bring your own fresh ideas to the table, but also elevate the ideas of others using the art of design. You should be able to balance your own aesthetic and perspective with existing brand assets and guidelines to craft breakthrough work. Be original, be conceptual, be intentional, and above all else, be yourself.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop visual solutions, providing useful guidance from a design perspective
  • Work within constraints of existing client brand guidelines
  • Conceive and develop design systems for client activations and brand collaborations
  • Strive to elevate the Fitzco brand through design
  • Design for a broad range of digital and print media including but not limited to: social, video, display, web, mobile, packaging, wayfinding and experiential

Qualifications

Media Planner

In this role, you will be responsible for the following activities:

Build smart plans

  • Contribute to the development of cross-channel media strategies for both traditional and digital channels (TV, radio, digital, social, print, etc.)
  • Work with your team to analyze competitive landscape, consumer insights, historical performance and develop rationale for media plan recommendations and strategic use of channels
  • Evaluate media proposals and provide POVs

Bring them into the world

  • Work with Platforms and Investments teams to execute media plans promptly and accurately. Provide ongoing stewardship and execution of plans, including:
    • Managing publisher RFPs
    • Contributing to insertion order process and ensuring adherence to agency terms & conditions
    • Trafficking digital and traditional campaigns
    • Monitoring campaign deliveries and suggesting optimizations based on campaign KPI performance
    • Monitoring client expenditures and working with various teams to resolve billing discrepancies

Become a go-to media expert

  • Contribute to our always-on trend spotting to establish a strong thought leadership position with clients in an ever-changing media landscape
  • Collaborate within the agency to share best in class work and inspire upcoming briefs/plans

Associate Media Director, Digital Platforms

Position Summary

Digital has an increasingly pivotal role in delivering creative solutions to even the toughest briefs. As a part of our growing Digital Platforms team, you’re leading a team in developing and activating digital campaigns across paid social, paid search, and programmatic, optimizing the campaigns for success, and using learnings and insights to fuel what’s next.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following activities:

Live and breathe digital

  • Clearly and simply articulate digital strategy and be a trusted partner to our clients (from day-to-day level to C-level)
  • Work with our planning and strategy teams to understand the client objectives, target audiences, and desired outcomes
  • Inform and utilize comms strategy inputs (competitive, consumer, category, etc.) to define role of digital platforms
  • Be an ambassador to and work seamlessly with teams outside of the media department – account, strategy, and creative

Build smart digital campaigns

  • Lead your team in developing digital plans across paid social, paid search, and programmatic, aligning with business and comms objectives, determining platform priorities, creative strategy, and measurement framework
  • Inspire quarterly testing roadmaps, be responsible for thought leadership, and evaluate alphas/betas/new partners
  • Leverage deep knowledge of tech and industry capabilities to help evaluate and evolve data/tech partners and lead clients through a changing digital landscape
  • Connect digital strategy to other paid and non-paid channels (sponsorships, OOH, CRM, TV, email, organic social etc.) to encourage more insightful and intentional campaign planning and execution

Bring the work into the world

  • Accountable for your team’s campaign activation through various platforms (CM, SA360, Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, DV360 among other DSP’s) and maximize media performance through ongoing optimizations
  • Contribute to ongoing quality assurance process to ensure all aspects of a campaign’s creative, settings, budget parameters, brand safety needs etc. are met
  • Ensure day-to-day budget management, pacing, partner management, and billing is done properly

  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Well-versed in tools including but not limited to partner UI’s (Google, DoubleClick, Adobe, Adelphic, TTD, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn
  • Working knowledge of research tools like ComScore, Media in Mind, Nielsen, Simmons etc.
  • Knowledge of asset trafficking to ensure accuracy and create reasonable timelines and expectations for deliverables
  • Basic understanding of site tagging and analytics platforms like Adobe and Google Analytics
  • Expert in analyzing campaign data to consult on optimizations and adjustments within the campaign flights and translating learnings for upcoming campaigns
  • Experience working across various internal teams (Connections Strategy, Account, Creative, Production) to both understand the overall plan/moving pieces and push the work where needed
  • Ability to write clear and concise presentations in straight-forward and enlightening way
  • Present effectively and as a credible storyteller in client meetings for new business
