Position Summary

As a Creative Director, your job is to make your clients, and your teams, famous for doing great work. You’ll do this by working tightly with strategy, account and media to create smart and culturally relevant briefs that set you and your teams up for success.

You still create famous work yourself, which is expected and needed. But the real rewards come from helping your teams develop their skills and their ideas, which you can make clearer, stronger, better, and especially, more fun.

You have the kind of relationship with the client where they could call you, or vice versa. You have an amazingly positive attitude and find ways to make famous creative even in tough situations.

When it comes to production, you are a pro who can handle shoots and edits. You know how to involve the head of Creative and incorporate feedback. Everyone wants you on their business, and less senior people seek out your advice. You’re the ultimate team player with coworkers and clients.

Director, Analytics

Position Summary

We’re looking for an Analytics Director to lead the development and advancement of our Analytics capabilities. This will include everything from kicking the tires on briefs with existing clients to working on new business to coaching a team on how to do this too.

This position is based in Atlanta. You’ll start virtually and join us on the bustling westside when we’re back in the office.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following activities:

Inspire learning agendas

  • Work with senior clients and internal stakeholders (Account, Strategy, and Media teams) to ask more meaningful questions about the briefs
  • Design tests and plans that answer these questions and present opportunities that impact the client’s business beyond just media or our remit in general
  • Help agency and client business leadership establish, then measure and regularly report on actionable Key Performance Indicators. This includes the collaboration and development of KPIs that impact business performance, measurement and interpretation of said results. The ability to present findings and to collaborate with teams to interpret actionable learnings is crucial.

Make media analytics work harder

  • Lead the development and maintenance of centralized analytics dashboards
  • Surface meaningful insights and work with the media team to determine implications
  • Effectively synthesize data across top of funnel media, lower funnel media, online and offline behavior to drive greater effectiveness
  • Work with ad ops and platforms team to facilitate proper data collection – defined through rigorous naming conventions etc.

Spearhead advanced projects

  • Introduce opportunities for deeper analysis (correlation analyses, causal effect studies, regression, cluster analyses)
  • Drive adoption of more holistic analytics (media mix modeling, MTA, incorporation of business-level data)
  • Understand user journeys, touchpoints, and their contribution to the business
  • Leverage client’s tech stacks (DMP’s, CDP’s, CRM) to facilitate more sophisticated segmentation, learnings, etc.
  • Explore and introduce new technology platforms and be a thought leader on upcoming digital trends (e.g. cookies going away)

Instill data-driven thinking across the organization

  • Inspire even the coolest creative cat in the agency to love data as much as you do
  • Continue to merchandise analytics as an under-current that works throughout

What you need to succeed:

  • 7-9 years of relevant experience, 3+ years in an agency role strongly preferred
  • Ability to ‘straight talk’ even the most complex analytics concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire stakeholders of all levels and create a roadmap to advancing their understanding and use of data and analytics
  • Must be able to synthesize large and sometimes disparate data sets and present findings to clients. Experience with omni-channel campaigns required
  • Experience managing and training more junior analysts required
  • Significant experience working with key technology partners (e.g. Tableau, Domo, Alteryx or similar, Visual IQ, Microsoft suite etc.)
  • Well versed in programming (SQL, SAS, SPSS, Python, and R)
  • Skilled at seamlessly moving between multiple projects and clients and bringing rigorous prioritization to your team
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience working with and integrating clients’ CRM and DMP platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Tealium, Adobe, etc.)

Media Planning Supervisor

In this role, you will be responsible for the following activities:

Build smart plans

  • Alongside the Media Director, you will lead the development of cross-channel media strategies for both traditional and digital channels (TV, radio, digital, social, print, etc.)
  • Analyze competitive landscape, consumer insights, historical performance and develop rationale for media plan recommendations and strategic use of channels
  • Evaluate media proposals and provide POVs

Bring them into the world

  • Work with Platforms and Investments teams to execute media plans promptly and accurately. Provide ongoing stewardship and oversight of plans, including:
  • Issuing RFPs to publishers and negotiating effective media proposals
  • Supervising insertion order process and ensuring adherence to agency terms & conditions
  • Trafficking digital and print campaigns
  • Monitoring campaign deliveries and suggesting optimizations based on campaign KPI performance
  • Monitoring client expenditures and resolving billing discrepancies

Be the go-to media expert

  • Be the main media point of contact for clients, streamlining and representing multiple POVs from planning, activation, and analytics teams
  • Present recommendations to clients and internal teams
  • Identify emerging trends in the industry and how to harness them to drive our clients’ business forward
  • Collaborate with internal partners (Activation, Account, Creative, Project Management) to ensure full alignment
  • Partner with Analytics to establish a measurement framework for your plans that ladders up to the clients’ objectives
  • Work across clients to ensure consistency in the way approach planning and execution
  • Actively merchandise wins/learnings across the agency and clients

  • Working knowledge of asset trafficking to ensure accuracy and create reasonable timelines and expectations for deliverables
  • Basic understanding of site tagging and analytics platforms like Adobe and Google Analytics
  • Experience working across various internal teams (Platforms, Account, Creative, Production) to both understand the overall plan/moving pieces and push the work where needed
  • Proactively suggest alternative approaches to solving problems

Position Summary

Fitzco is seeking a part-time (~25 hours/week) HR Manager whose primary responsibilities will center on benefits coordination, performance review management, employee onboarding and offboarding and managing HR policies and procedures.

This position is based in Atlanta. You’ll start virtually and join us on the bustling westside when we’re back in the office.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Administer and maintain employee insurance plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations, and act as a liaison between employees and benefits providers.
  • Assists with processing of new hires including I-9 process management, benefits administration, background checks and other onboarding requirements
  • Assists with processing of resignations/terminations and offboarding procedures.
  • Assists with the preparation and management of performance review processes.
  • Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
  • Assures that benefits and hiring practices are in administered and followed in accordance with federal and state regulations.
  • Coaches Managers and Supervisors in proper employee relations resolutions, including documented coaching and disciplinary action.
  • Perform internal customer service functions by answering employee and management requests and questions
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

HR Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related
  • At least 4 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or Manager
  • Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills
  • Exposure to payroll practices
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
