Position Summary

We are looking to fill one half of an Account Manager job share. Together, the two part-time employees will play a key role within the Account Management group. The ideal candidate is savvy managing Client relationships, detail-oriented and an extremely effective communicator. The candidate must be comfortable working in a partnership with the person already filling the other half of this role

Mandatories

This job share must function like a full-time employee. So, while the role will require 20-25 hours per week, there may be instances where work will require extra hours in a given day to complete projects or to prepare the job share partner for their work.

Key Responsibilities

Support Account Management team in various ways, inclusive but not limited to:

  • Oversee projects in partnership with media, creative, production and project management in order to meet client’s objectives and budget

Media Planner

In this role, you will be responsible for the following activities:

Build smart plans

  • Contribute to the development of cross-channel media strategies for both traditional and digital channels (TV, radio, digital, social, print, etc.)
  • Work with your team to analyze competitive landscape, consumer insights, historical performance and develop rationale for media plan recommendations and strategic use of channels

Associate Media Director, Digital Platforms

Position Summary

Digital has an increasingly pivotal role in delivering creative solutions to even the toughest briefs. As a part of our growing Digital Platforms team, you’re leading a team in developing and activating digital campaigns across paid social, paid search, and programmatic, optimizing the campaigns for success, and using learnings and insights to fuel what’s next.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following activities:

Live and breathe digital

  • Clearly and simply articulate digital strategy and be a trusted partner to our clients (from day-to-day level to C-level)
  • Work with our planning and strategy teams to understand the client objectives, target audiences, and desired outcomes
  • Inform and utilize comms strategy inputs (competitive, consumer, category, etc.) to define role of digital platforms
  • Be an ambassador to and work seamlessly with teams outside of the media department – account, strategy, and creative

Build smart digital campaigns

  • Lead your team in developing digital plans across paid social, paid search, and programmatic, aligning with business and comms objectives, determining platform priorities, creative strategy, and measurement framework
