Atlanta-based ad agency Fitzco has acquired marketing and technology consultancy, Constant Analytics. Terms weren’t disclosed.
Constant Analytics was founded in 2013 by Jim Head, a statistician and long-time marketing consultant.
The company’s clients include national firms in healthcare, retail, and consumer products. It has also worked with agencies including Fitzco and BBDO, where Head was a practice leader for the shop’s North American modeling and analytics division before forming his own firm. Constant has also worked with agencies including Droga5 and Wunderman Thompson.
Fitzco was established by Dave Fitzgerald in 1983. He sold the agency to Interpublic in 1998 and repurchased it in 2020.
The Constant Analytics team is being integrated with Fitzco and will operate as Fitzco Analytics. Head will assume the title of president, Fitzco Analytics, reporting to Fitzco president Evan Levy. When Covid protocols allow, the Constant Analytics team will move into the Fitzco office in Atlanta’s West Midtown.
